Refund policy

Returns:
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Damaged/defective shirts:

If you get your item and it is damaged/or defective, you must send us an email with in 3 days of receiving your shirt for another shirt to be sent in place of it.

 

Non-refunded items:

Gift cards may not be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the shirt for a different size please send us an email at gospelinajar@gmail.com and send your item to:

Leave a note in the package on what size you would like it exchanged for.

 

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Lost or stolen packages:

Thicket Legacy Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it please contact USPS to see if they can find it.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
